Performance Accountability
In order to meet the combined challenges of the
competitive economy, changing labor force, and to make the
best use of increasingly scarce resources, the workforce
development system must continuously improve its
performance. These 65-pages, from the Workforce
Board’s High Skills High Wages Annual Report, contain the
details of the performance management of the workforce
development system in Washington State.
