Northwest Workforce Council announces two requests for proposals: One-Stop System Operator and Information Technology services. Please follow the specific information for each RFP.

One-Stop System Operator
NWC is requesting proposals from an organization or consortium of organizations to fill the role of One-Stop System Operator under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) for the Northwest Workforce Development Area.

Submission deadline is 4:00pm (Pacific Time), June 13, 2018. Complete instructions, relevant dates & complete applications are available below.

Information Technology Services
NWC is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide information technology (IT) support and solutions for all NWC owned or leased IT assests, remote project locations, as well as to assure remote access capability for designated staff.
