Robin Plume, owner of GR Plume Co, Inc, (and Workforce Council board member), addresses the gathering at a ceremony celebrating the completion of the gazebo at the Ferndale Friendship Community Garden, on July 1, 2008.  The Gazebo was built by students from Whatcom County schools under the guidance and supervision of GR Plume employees.  The Council, GR Plume, and other community businesses and agencies provided support for the project.  Click the link below for Robin's comments.

Performance Accountability
